Meatball Minnestrone

Ingredients:
24 small meatballs (frozen & precooked)
1-15 oz can northern beans, undrained
1 T instant beef boullion
1 T minced dried onion
1 t basil
1 large bay leaf 
4 C water
3 1/2 oz spaghetti, broken into 2"pieces
1-16 oz can tomatoes, cut up and undrained
1-10 pkg frozen mixed veggies, thawed
1 t sugar 

 
How To Prepare:

Combine meatballs, beans, boullion, spices, and water.

Bring to a boil. Add spaghetti.

Cover and simmer 20 minutes. Stir in tomatoes, mixed veggies, and sugar. Heat thoroughly. Remove bay leaf.

This is a wonderful, full-bodied soup. Serve with a tossed salad and French bread. Yum!
